Veggie meals??

I was browsing around the Foodtv site and read about a book by Rachael Ray called Veggie meals . I have never heard of her- we don't get her show up here, but the book looked quite good. Anyone own this book? Any good recipes to recommend from it? What is her show like? Thanks, Maureen

I do not own that book and never heard of it.

rachael ray has a show on food network on saturday mornings called 30 minute meals. i love her stuff...she always has such interesting, simple menus, and it's pretty healthy stuff. i've made a few of her recipes from the show, and we've loved them. she does everything, start to finish, in 30 minutes (including chopping, prep work, etc). i've been looking for her books at some bookstores here in town to no avail...i want to order them online, but i'd like to take a look at them first! you can view some of her recipes at foodtv.com. i can't recommend the book, since i don't have it, but i can tell you that it's at the top of my "to buy" list, along with her "30 minute meals" and "comfort meals". she's a self-taught cook, so i feel like i can really try out her recipes without being intimidated. hope this helps!
