Made these this weekend. Thought the cocktail onions (marinated in vinegar) are WAAAAY too vinegary! They just puckered me right up! Maybe I used the wrong kind? Anyway this recipe didn't score any points with me as the onions were just too strong. I'm disapointed since they were an editor's fav. for this issue. Anyone have better luck?
