Help! I just got a new ice cream machine as an early Christmas gift and I am expected to use it by next weekend in a luncheon with the gift-giver!!! My thirteen-month old lost the instruction-recipe booklet that came with the machine, so I have no idea what to make! The recent CL ice cream recipes are too exotic for my guests... can someone help???

I think there was a thread on ice cream. In Sept issue I believe there ws a banana maple ice cream recipe. In C Light's search type ice cream there are several recipes. You can also contact the ice cream makers company to see if they can get you a new manual.
