I want to take my DH on the tour of the North End that was featured in the Boston travel article last year. Although I seem to have found every other CL, this one is among the missing. (I probably put it somewhere for safe keeping. . .LOL!) Do any of you have that info (and hopefully a phone #)? I would REALLY appreciate it!!

Hi Karen,

Is this what you saw?

She's pretty booked up already for spring! Our supperclub is going June 22, 10:00 a.m. tour. Let me know if you book the same one!

Ellyn, I managed to book my family of three into a Friday afternoon tour this weekend and all I can say is. . . WOW! Michele Topor is so knowledgable, well-spoken and fun--the time just flew by. Even my 9-year-old had a great time (of course, the free samples of Italian pastries, candy and other treats had NOTHING to do with it:D ! The only drawback to the Friday tour is most shops are closed by the time it's over, so we didn't have the chance to buy any of the yummy pastas, oils, vinegars, rices, meats, cheese, spices, pastries or limencello on this trip. Oh, well, we'll just have to come back. I know your supperclub will love it, but let me know what you think of your tour. (Oh, and wear VERY comfortable shoes--the pace is fast, and you're on your feet--and the move--for the entire 3 hours!)

I've been on Michele Topor's tour twice... the last time with members of my CL Dinner Group. what a ball we had! And we definitely shopped until we dropped afterward... with one woman even stopping to buy a pickle crock (LARGE heavy ceramic item) that she had to then carry several blocks!!! Highly recommended; islandgirl, glad you got to do it on such a nice day! Martha

Karen and Martha, thanks for the tour reviews and tips. We're really looking forward to going in June. I'll be wearing comfy shoes and bringing a BIG shopping bag!
