I have a bunch of cookbooks that I never, ever cook from, and would love to swap some with someone. Here's what I have - the link will take you to the Amazon description of the book. When I searched on Amazon, I didn't pay attention to whether the link is to hard back or paper back, so I'll list which each cookbook is.
Grains (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0517592045/qid=1017349283/sr=1-6/ref=sr_1_6/102-6384832-8750540) (hardback), Wraps (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0811818128/qid=1017349356/sr=1-3/ref=sr_1_3/102-6384832-8750540) (paper back), Barefoot Contessa Parties (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0609606441/qid=1017353713/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/102-6384832-8750540) (hard back) , Every Night Italian (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0684800284/qid=1017353740/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/102-6384832-8750540) (hard back), Fast and Lean One Dish Cuisine (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1882606698/qid=1017353792/sr=1-5/ref=sr_1_5/102-6384832-8750540) (paper back), The Way To Cook (Julia Child) (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0394532643/qid=1017353822/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/102-6384832-8750540) (paper back), and The New Joy of Cooking (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0684818701/qid=1017353849/sr=2-1/ref=sr_2_1/102-6384832-8750540) (hard back). I actually love the Joy of Cooking, I just happen to have two copies.
The cookbooks I would MOST love to have are anything by Nina Simonds - except Asian Wraps, or Rick Bayless. Also would like Thai cookbooks, and any books about wine. Would love the Cheese Primer, too. Of course, I can't imagine that anyone would have any of these and want to get rid of them, but you never know.
If anyone is interested, let me know what you have to trade!
