Sugary Spice Pecans. They are heavenly! They are so easy to make and would be perfect holiday gifts. I had to stop myself from eating the whole panful right then!

Greek Lemon Soup. It is a very light, refreshing soup. Not very filling, so it would be part of a dinner, not the whole thing. I thought it was very good and lemony. I have never had a creamy lemon soup like that so it was pretty different. It is likely that I'll make this again.

Thanks for the feedback. The pecans looked wonderful and I can't wait to try them. A friend of mine makes spicy sweet pecans that she tosses into a salad of mixed greens, fresh mushrooms, blue cheese,& red onion. She uses S&W Vintage Lites Italian Balsamic Fat Free dressing & adds croutons when she has them too. Just another way to enjoy those pecans. I'm with you though, it is going to be a struggle not to just eat them right out of the pan :-)
