Anyone else make ths cake? Interested in your thoughts....
I made it for easter, the filling was a bit thin, and the cake a bit dense... I don't know if the cake part was my fault.... maybe I did something wrong...
It was ok, but I wouldn't make it again unless I worked out the kinks...

I also made it for Easter and we thought it was great. There is another thread on this somewhere on this board for more info.

I wonder it lemon cakes are inherently dense?? The same comments were made about the Lemonaid cake
Could it be the acid from the lemons?
