Need help with dinner tonight

My plan is to make Chipotle & Lime Roasted Potatoes from Bon Appetit (March 2002) & serve them with chicken thighs (from my freezer). But I can't think what to do with the thighs. I don't want them to compete with the potatoes, but I don't want to leave them just plain. Any ideas?

Do you have time for a marinade? If the chicken is not frozen, you could marinate it for a short time and then grill.
