Where I live (Canada), the police force accepts leftover Halloween candy. They then give it to the children who had thier candy taken from them by older children. The remainder is given to shelters and other charitable groups. Why not cheer up a sad kid !!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
