I remember reading that there was a great Weight Watcher's Recipe for fries. I think someone commented == why make the CL fries from April when the Weight Watcher's recipe is so good. I think you coat the potates with egg white. I wanted to make these for dinner tomorrow night

I found this on the WW site - not sure if it's the one that you're looking for.....
Spicy French "Fries"
2 large potato(es), cut into thin strips
2 medium egg white(s)
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to the baking sheet. Bake until potatoes are barely tender, about 15 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to broil; broil until crispy, about 10 minutes. Serve at once.
