You might want to check out the crock pot threads on page 2, there are some really good sounding recipes there, and you may be able to adapt some of these to conventional cooking if you don't have a crock pot. Good luck. Ann

Here's another link for you.... the recipe that Kerri posted (second one down in the thread) is the easiest chicken casserole I know. It's very good and you can go off the cuff so long as you stick with the chicken, rice and some kind of "cream of" soup. Then add whatever you like. I don't usually do the breadcrumbs or lemon... Mine is pretty plain, but excellent comfort food.
