I just wanted to post a review of a recipe I tried a few weeks ago and has been requested again and again by my DH since then... not sure if it will freeze well... but, it is VERY easy to make and I know that I tend to have the ingredients on hand (except for the turkey sausage) as a rule.

Now, since I am breastfeeding, I adjusted how spicy it was by reducing the amount of chili powder I used and I left out the green chilis... that worked for me... but, if you like it spiciy, by all means go for the HEAT! :D

I make this one a lot too becasue it's so easy (alomost no chopping), and the hot turkey sausage gives it a unique taste.

you are right... the only thing to chop is the onion which makes this a great after-work dinner!
