This topic came up earlier, but rather than dig up a long thread, I thought I'd just make note of a couple of sites that I found yesterday I thought to be really fantastic. One was www.ivu.org, (http://www.ivu.org,) which has vegetarian recipes from around the world, and www.asiarecipe.com, (http://www.asiarecipe.com,) which included tons of recipes, both traditional and vegetarian, from every Asian country, both east and west, you could think of. Both were super organized and had tons of info...I was very impressed, and could hardly contain my excitement! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif Definitely check them out if you're into vegetarian and ethnic cooking.
