new seattle supper club anyone?

It seems that the existing Seattle Cooking Light supper club is full at the present time. Would anyone be interested in starting another?

I belong to a group that started as a singles supper club, and still mostly is, though we just had one member become engaged. We usually have eight to ten women, from all backgrounds, and get together faithfully every month. We always have room for one more and our next planned meeting is to have a Cinco de Mayo party the first weekend in May.

I am single as well, and I like the idea of sharing cooking fun and eating the results with other like-minded people who are trying to eat healthily.
