a question about the mint brownies?....

Im going to make them this weekend, and i was wondering how many mint patties to use? I want to double the recipe, cause I KNOW a small sq pan wont do it in this house!

So, i bought a 10pk of 6oz york patties. Will i need more?

I'll be making the carmel ones too another day!

I cut the following note from my copy of the recipe:

Note: Two large (1.5-ounce) mints or 6 miniature chocolate-covered peppermint patties (such as York) may be substituted for 32 Junior Mints.
