Help! I just moved and I'm still living in a sea of boxes!
Does anyone have a dinner suggestion that is quick and easy...something that doesn't require a lot of preperation?

How about a Boboli pizza crust topped with whatever you like.... The November issue suggests feta and olives with tomato sauce and that sounds really good to me. Maybe with some basil...

Another easy solution (non-cooking) is to just go to the grocery store salad bar. Our stocks really fresh stuff and sometimes we'll just do that instead of take-out.

Just to sort of take from mightyh's idea, pasta with olives and feta and a tomato sauce would be good, too, and not complicated at all.
