Just thought I'd pass this one along as I know many like to work on those arms. By the way, CL's Gin Miller offers the advice in the column as well.

Are you referring to those of us who have confessed to running around making our husbands feel our biceps??? :p :D
Thanks! I'll definitely be checking that out!

Of course not :) - I'm actually referring to myself as I have some weights that are part of the decor, as I like looking at them rather than using them. However, a program may help me start using them.

So, I'm really suspicious about the claims of this workout, although I find that Shape does tend to overpromise. How can a 15 minute workout 3 times a week burn fat and give you shapely arms (using weights under 5 pounds)? Oh well, doesn't matter much for me anyway. thanks to my mother's genes, I've resigned myself to never having the Monica/Gwynneth Paltrow/Halle Barry shapely arms anyway. (but I'll still make DH feel my biceps. Strong arms and strong arms, right?!)

Does anyone know if Gin Miller have this in video format? I do so much better when I have pictures to follow.
