I think I read about a few people here who are RMTs...maybe one of them can answer my question - I'm wondering exactly what a "lymphatic massage" is - is it that different from a regular massage? I'm on this big health/cleansing thing (no processed food, lots of exercise, water, fresh foods, etc.) and someone recommended I get one. I only found one spa in the area that does them (a spa I had a bad experience with once so I'm not thrilled about that) and they are twice the price of a regular massage so I'm just wondering if its worth it - are RMTs specially trained in this type or is it just a rip off? (I know regular massage is supposed to help flush toxins - does this kind do more or something?) Any thoughts?
