They do read the boards!

Since I was the "culprit" that posted my dissapointment in cooking light (about 1-2 months ago), I must do a follow up email. That past two issues have been great and the letter from the editor was very reassuring that they really do listen to their readers. She talked about the cover picture...I thought that was funny because it seemed as if many people disliked the fried steak cover several months ago(me included).
Anyway, just wanted to share my enthusiasm.

I was just thinking about that this morning. That is, yesterday I got my May issue and WOW. What an improvement. I've read and thoroughly enjoyed the first half of the magazine. There's an article about anti-oxidants, a piece on Alton Brown, an article on migraine headaches, shoulder pain and the focus just seems more nutrition/health oriented than beauty. Hooray!

So far, the only food article I've read is the one about baking light. Again. Very interesting.

As I read my magazine last night, I kept wondering if they really do read what we have to say and if maybe they took some suggestions.

I need to go back and read the letter from the editor again. For some reason, I skipped over that this time.

I'm all whined out this week. I only have good things to say.

The only thing I want to whine about is not getting my May issue yet. I got all other May mags two weeks ago. There is something wrong with the distribution of this mag when some have to wait a loong time and others have already mastered all the recipes. Hope they're reading this much discussed subject!
