Ohio Turkey Breast Recipe--plastic wrap???

I think they mean saran wrap.

I'm planning to make the "make-ahead turkey breast" p. 102 NOV. The recipe calls for wrapping the breast in heavy-duty plastic wrap. I would hate to go to all the trouble only to find out that I used the wrong wrap. Any comments on brand name, thickness of wrap to use???
