Need some dinner ideas for feeding 11 cousins, mostly teenagers (and their assorted friends)who plan on sharing a beach house all summer with their 2 moms/cooks. Looking for quick, tasty, economical recipes that feed a crowd.

Lasagna? Maybe you could do a couple different types.

Lasagnas and casseroles also come to mind, like Chili-Cheddar Bowtie Casserole, Mediterranean Spaghetti, Beef-Taco Rice with Refried Beans, or Rebecca (beckms) posted recently about a baked ziti dish that she made for her BF's ultimate frisbee team. You should be able to find any of these recipes with a search. Also search titles for "casserole" to pull up others. A pasta bar is another thought - different kinds of pasta/noodles and a few different sauces to go with them - topped off with a big green salad.

Southwestern bean salad (posted here--I posted :D ), Chilaqeles, Nachos (can use mostly beans and some or no meat), Couscous dishes,
rice salads, home-made pizza (and you can use different toppings throughout the summer)
