For those who haven't come across this yet, I just discovered a site titled www.betterbaking.com. (http://www.betterbaking.com.) If you enjoy baking I highly recommend it. I discovered this because the LA Times Food section's topic this week was "Crumpets, Tea & Co." with a recipe for pain au chocolat.
(You can view the Food section by going to www.latimes.com (http://www.latimes.com) and then finding Food in the section listings on the left side of the page. But be warned, its updated every week (Wednesdays) and if you need recipes from back issues there may be a fee.)
