But my recipes call for HOT turkey sausage!!! I'm attempting Pasta e fagioli and parmesian polenta with sausage and mushrooms this week and the grocery only carried sweet. What can I add so I can still use the sweet?
I really don't cook a lot of sausage but thought I would go ahead and try these out because the SO loves sausage. But, I don't really know much about it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! TIA!
