I was planning on making this for dinner and just wanted to know if anyone tried it or has any suggestions!

I made it a few months ago, and we really liked it. Don't have the book near me, so I can't remember if I made any changes -- I'm thinking I pretty much followed the recipe.

I'd actually kind of forgotten about it -- and I do have some goat cheese in the frig -- maybe I should plan it for later this week.

P.S. If I recall, I think I served it with rice and steamed spinach, which are my all-purpose side dishes for just about any chicken meal.

I love this one! It's simple, elegant and very very tasty :D I have made this and lorilei's chicken stuffed with goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes often and like both equally. It goes very well with a vegetable and either a rice pilaf, orzo pilaf, wild rice or cous cous.

Thanks! I'm glad it was good! We love artichokes and I keep looking for some different, easy dishes for the weeknights. I just happened to see this in the CL cookbook last week. Rice pilaf and spinach does sound good!

This is one of my favorite CL recipies of all time. Of course, I love artichokes and goat cheese!

I just made this for the first time this week. I thought it was a very nice meal. Of course, it would have helped if i hadn't overcooked the chicken. I'll definitely try it again.
