I just checked this book out of the library (I love the library). Has anyone tried it out and can you recommend recipes? Or tell me which ones to avoid. Thanks!!

Hi, I recently checked this out of the library, too. I tried the Ravioli with Sage Cream sauce the other night, it was delicious and pretty easy. Not low-fat, but I think you can sub FF half&half for the whipping cream.
I also noticed that alot of the recipes are on epicurious.com, so if you like some in particular, you can go to the website and save them into your recipe box!
