Made these tonight. Very easy; very good; AND VERY SPICY!
As the recipe says, don't be intimidated by all the ingredients for the marinade; all of them get thrown into the food processor together (I used my mini Cuisinart & it worked great). As I said, they're very hot, but the cranberry salsa is a very good antidote. We're big fans of Jimmy Bannos & his Heaven on Seven restaurants here in Chicago. Cajun food. If you've never been, add it to your list of worthwhile restaurants in Chicago.
Served them with a modification of the rosemary mashed potatoes from the same, November issue. I left out the onions, used sour cream instead of yogurt, added extra salt, & added some cheddar. Great dinner!
