I am just curious. Can the dip be doubled? I am planning to make some for a church gathering. Thanks Matt

I don't see why not. I usually double or halve things without any trouble. Just made this for the first time last night - very tasty! Next time I may try upping the sour cream and using less mayo - the mayo was a bit overwhelming for my tastes. But that didn't stop me from eating quite a bit http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif !
