and they are good! Rich, but good! Remember I doubled the recipe (used about 12 mini yorks) then i crumbled more yorks ontop of the batter to bake in, Mmmm! (1/2 the pan is GONE! dh loves them ~:0) hehe and i didnt tell him where i got the recipe, though I dont see how these can be "light cooking", lol)
I think this tastes alot more like a Christmas goodie, than an everyday type of brownie.
Next time, i'll make the caramel brownies!

Thanks for the review of this, Rachelle. I posted the request for feedback on this and then haven't ever made them. Maybe I'll get inspired soon. I was curious, I don't like things that taste really rich like dark chocolate (i thought the Raspberry cream cheese brownies from this year were too rich and dark tasting) I'm a milk chocolate-type person -- Is the taste you got like dark chocolate or is it rich as in sweet??? Sorry to get so detailed - I'm just curious! Thanks again~!

Oh, id say, they were real fudgy sweet rich. I think the mint was a bit too much flavor, for a brownie. I may make them again, so im not they are bad (dh ate most of them!! lol) They are a real dense brownie too. Try them! You ay like them! I love milk chocolate too, but lately ive been liking dark! I LOVE milkyway midnight candy bar! YUM! lol
