need recipe for tuna tartare

i'm looking for recipe for tuna tartare (i hope i spelled it correctly). i have actually never had it, and am not sure what it is - but i am having company who loves it so i thought i would investigate and see if it is something worth trying to make. any info would be appreciated. thanks
