Anyone have any idea about how well the food processor part of this works? I have lost the little plastic piece for my food processor that enables the use of the slice/shredder (when someone posted that replacement parts website, I checked there to no avail). Also, I'm giving away my old blender... d*&% you people who post links to cheap things... :p

Sorry, guys, that's the one that went belly-up on me a few months ago. :mad: I'd only had it for a year! In the 'blend' cycle it would consistently mosey across my counter and it didn't like ice. The food processor part was rickety in my opinion. I stuck with it (while dreaming of and saving for a KitchenAid all the while) and then finally Mr. Hamilton Beach gave one last kerPLUNK and died. :( I now have the 500 watt KA blender and the 5 cup KA food processor and love both! :D

Yeah, I went back and read the amazon reviews, they were all either one way or the other, people either loved it or absolutely hated it. So maybe I'll resist the "buy, it's only 15 bucks" impusle today :)
