View Full Version : Need quick help...Can I make the Lemonade Layer Cake ahead?

I'd like to make this on Saturday morning and serve it on Sunday for Mother's Day brunch (if it turns out). Can I make it a day ahead and keep it chilled overnight? Would this ruin it?

Assuming it comes out OK in the first place ;), it'll be fine in the fridge for a night. When I made this, it took me several days to finish up the leftovers and I kept it in the fridge in the meantime. It still tasted great chilled the next few days.
