I made this yesterday, and it was fabulous! The meat was extremely tender since it's cooked in a crock pot nine hours. Very easy and very yummy. Next time, I think I may serve it with Mexican type sides (sour cream, guacomole, etc.) instead of the cranberry salsa (although that was really good too!).
Thanks for the review. I saw this recipe and immediatley wanted to try it, but I don't own a crock pot. Lately, I have been thinking about getting one, and think I'll start a collection of everyone's crock pot recipes of this BB to get me started when I do.

If you don't have a crockpot definitely get one. I have an older Rival crockpot. It was inexpensive and works great. I love it. It's so much fun to put the ingredients in that morning and come home after work to the wonderful aroma that greets you at the door.
