View Full Version : Review - Marinated Flank Steak w/ Cranberry-Raspberry Salsa

I made this yesterday, and it was fabulous! The meat was extremely tender since it's cooked in a crock pot nine hours. Very easy and very yummy. Next time, I think I may serve it with Mexican type sides (sour cream, guacomole, etc.) instead of the cranberry salsa (although that was really good too!).
Thanks for the review. I saw this recipe and immediatley wanted to try it, but I don't own a crock pot. Lately, I have been thinking about getting one, and think I'll start a collection of everyone's crock pot recipes of this BB to get me started when I do.

If you don't have a crockpot definitely get one. I have an older Rival crockpot. It was inexpensive and works great. I love it. It's so much fun to put the ingredients in that morning and come home after work to the wonderful aroma that greets you at the door.

Harryet, the recipe is actually in the recipe finder. Look under "Slow Cooker."
