WOW!

This was a two thumbs up....way up! I subbed lean generation pork chops for tenderloin. I also subbed chicken broth for the water and apple juice as I had no juice in the house. I may have used a bit more than 1 tsp of mustard.

THIS WAS DELICIOUS!!! I served it with the curried barley from the same issue which was also a two thumbs up recipe. The port wine and mustard together with the raisins and dates was a fantastic meld of flavors with the hint of cloves spicing things up.

I highly recommend this one!
