I just posted a question about the butterscotch pudding when that reminded me of a dilemna I have.
My husband is an avid chocolate eater. Chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cake (he likes the boxed kind the best much to my dismay http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/rolleyes.gif ), anything chocolate.

Now, don't get me wrong...I can eat chocolate until the cows come home (or at least I turn into one..Moo!) But I enjoy making other desserts as well.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a tasy dessert that may include chocolate, but is not 100% chocolate?

Colleen,
Have you ever had Scotcheroos? They combine the best of both worlds (or three) with butterscotch morsels, chocolate, peanut butter. They're pretty easy to make, delicious, and I would be shocked if you both didn't love them. Just do a quick search in the Great Food archive; I'm fairly certain that someone posted a recipe for them already http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
