View Full Version : Getting a kitten: I'm so excited!

I'm getting a kitten this weekend, and I'm so delighted!

He's a blue Burmese (here's a link to a photo of the type: http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid20/p33b8c9c64a1c734f803886efff2201e1/fdbc2e15.jpg ) and I've known his breeder for years, since my two old-timers died.

I have a dog already, but he gets along with my two cats, so I don't anticipate a problem if the introductions are handled properly.

Anyhow, I get him Saturday and I can't wait!

Just wanted to share!

Congratulations on your (pending) new arrival, Diana! I love kittens, although not so much at 4 in the morning when they decide to dive bomb your feet while you try to sleep... but oh how I love kittens!

You are so lucky!! Kittens are my addiction -- I just love 'em.

Have fun, and enjoy. I'm sure everyone in the household will get along just fine.

Congragulations! It's always so exciting to get a new pet! I cried when I got my kitty Shelby - a boyfriend at the time surprised me with her and I am the kind that cries when happy so out came the tears!

I am jealous, I would love another kitty in the apartment to keep Shelby company, however Shelby has her own ideas about that and does NOT like other cats no matter how big or small:(

He's blue-gray, so I thought Indy. (For 'Mood Indigo' - I love blues!) I'll probably end up calling him 'goofus' or 'stinker'.
