Well, we finally got a Houston supper club formed...does anyone have any cool theme ideas? The obvious would be cusines, but has anyone had anyother creative ideas out there we could "borrow"?

Everyone is so creative, I look forward to hearing your ideas http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

I'm not sure if this will help or not, but after talking to literally thousands of readers over the past six years, I've heard some really fun suggestions. I talked with a woman whose group did color themes--green salad, green onion biscuits, key lime pie, etc. you get my drift. Another person said that her group would do themes around entertaining so they could "practice" for other events..i.e. one supper club would be a baby shower, another would be an engagement party, graduation gathering, Thanksgiving meal...she said they always clipped their recipes together to have the special "menu" on hand for another time. She said Christmas parties in July were especially fun!! I hope this helps some-
