Stacey,

Its great to see you on the boards and just wanted to tell you that I noticed your picture with your beautiful Mom. Of course you are beautiful too....like Mom, like daughter. Its nice to see faces of the people behind the scenes of CL. http://cgi.tripod.com/smilecwm/cgi-bin/s/fk/cutesy.gif

Mamasue,
Thanks for posting this. I also wanted to tell Stacey that I liked seeing her picture with her mom. It is nice to put a face with a (typed) voice.

Laura,
Did you create your web page as a student at Carolina, or on your own? I actually have one too, so I guess I'll post it, although I just hopped to it to re-check it out, and it's quite juvenile, albeit rather amusing. www.unc.edu/~echorton (http://www.unc.edu/~echorton)
I'll warn anyone ahead of time that it's quite silly http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/tongue.gif

Hi emilycat - I just noticed your question! Actually, I made my web page on my own sometime during college - I think the summer after my first year. It has gone through MANY different looks since then. It is really a place for me to keep all of my links together and to have some pictures on display for my family. I liked your page - why would you think that it was silly?

I was just trying to be funny when I made the page, since it was for a class project, and when I read it it made me laugh, that's all http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

Hi Mamasue and friends--
Sorry I'm just now reading this post, but what a wonderful thing to stumble upon!! This photo was taken just before my Mom's birthday and came out just before mine. Let me say that the wonderful feedback we have received from this helped us both take getting older in stride. I am e-mailing her the url to this thread just as soon as I finish this message--knowing it will make her day as much as it has mine!!
Have an awesome day!!
Stacey
