lima bean soup

Does anyone have a good lima bean soup with ham? Thanks Matt

Matt I usually make navy bean soup but I found this for you. I would add some vegetable or chicken broth in place of the water & pephaps some liquid smoke flavoring?
Lima Bean Soup
Serving Size : 6
Preparation Time :0:20

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Lima beans
3 cups water
1 carrot
1 potato
2 slices ham
1/2 tablespoon parsley
1/4 tablespoon basil
1 dash rosemary
3 dashes pepper
1 onion

Put beans in sauce pan. Cut up vegetables and ham. Add all, including spices to pan. Set heat on high. Bring to boil then set at simmer and cover. Cook for about 3 hours.
