I had gotten a Chinois Beef recipe from an issue of Cooking Light a couple of years ago. It was actually an advertisement for Barell Select Merlot Wine and the ad contained this recipe and called for their wine. The recipe has the following ingredients in it:
Hoisin Sauce
Merlot
Dijon Mustard
Garlic
Spices
and more, can't remember, can't duplicate and can't find one. Can ANYONE help?
