Source for heirloom tomato PLANTS

Does anyone know of a mail-order catalog or supply house where I could get an heirloom tomato PLANT or two yet this season?

I found ONE plant this year at a local nursery, but it was in sad shape from the get-go. I'd love to grow heirlooms this year, but all I can find are seeds (even from Burpee). Here in WI, it's too late for that.

Any suggestions?
