This will be fun.

When I was in college we drank ameretto, orange juice, and a little sprite. Pretty tasty!

In college, we drank peach schnapps mixed with orange gatorade. Got you drunk fast and didn't taste too bad. To this day, I can not drink gatorade.

Liz K, you remind me of drinking Manishewitz (sp?) Blackberry wine and 7up on the beach in college. Tasted like Kook Aid and crept up on you. I could not even think of touching that now! AAhh...the follys of youth!

I don't even want to think about some of the stuff I drank in college. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/redface.gif

Into a glass of Bailey's (about 4 oz.), pour a shot of Frangelico......yum...tastes like a Snickers bar!

You guys are killing me! I love ameretto and oj. I love Khalua, too, or Khalua and ameretto together. And Bailey's. But I cannot drink for a while.

My friend was over on Labor Day weekend and she brought sour apple schnapps. Very weird color and kind of weird on it's own. She mixed it with some sprite and it was actually very good.

I like amaretto and oj too! Someone once told me it's called a bocce ball. I think it tastes like baby aspirin. I'm not sure they even sell that any more, but my parents had it and my siblings and I loved it!

Steamed milk (from a cappucino machine) and frangelico. It is very warm and yummy!

I didn't invent any of the following drinks but they sure are good!

Hot chocolate and peppermint schnapps with a dollop of whipped cream is pretty good - it's called antifreeze.

Amaretto and Grand Marnier is great together either straight or on the rocks with an orange twist. The on the rocks version is called an orange peel and I'm not sure what the straight version is called. I highly recommend this drink for romantic moments - it makes you want to kiss!!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/wink.gif

Skip & go Nakeds are good too! They are made with equal parts beer, rum (or tequila)and semi defrosted lemonade. It sounds disgusting, but it is quite good. Be sure to only have 1 or 2 because the clothing could fly!! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

I too like tequila and coke or diet coke...everybody always looks at me wierd when I order it at a bar. I always tell them try it you will like it. I compare it to a rum and coke...just not as sweet. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

How about peppermint schnapps and 7-Up? My friend invented this, and it tastes like a candy cane but not as sweet. Another good one is a vanilla Stoli and gingerale or vanilla Stoli and coke--the first tastes like cream soda and the other a vanilla coke. In college we used to drink (way too much) Kool-Aid and vodka. The flavour of choice was Sharkleberry Fin.
