For all of you who like to know what's coming and for those of you who are forced to drool over everyone's reviews while you await your issue, you can look at December's recipes (and Novembers if you haven't gotten that yet!) here:
http://www.cookinglight.com/special/2000index.asp

Hmmmmmm...to peak or not to peak, that is the question....

Here's a hint - I'm drooling already!

I am going to try to refrain from peeking. Is the advance available thorugh matercooks? How exactly does this work?

Lindrusso,
I barely have time to get through the posts on this bulletin board and you tease us with Dec. recipes! Now my dilemma is to find time to scan through the recipes!
Thanks!!! I am still trying to get through November's recipes!!
RUSTYSMOM-it is the 2000 annual index, I don't know about Mastercook. Can't wait to find out who gets the Dec. issue first.

They really have a baked potato and bacon soup? YEAH!!!!! I have recipe for a wonderful potato soup (California Pizza Kitchen) but it is very high fat. I just had bacon and potato soup at Fridays last week and it was wonderful. I can't wait! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

I just checked and the baked potato and bacon soup is from Dec. 99. I am going to search right now and I will post my review this week.

I think the Baked Potato and Bacon Soup is on page 99 of the Dec 2000 issue. It looks confusing, but all the other recipes have page numbers next to them.

Stop!!! I'm so jealous! I haven't even received my November issue yet. I'm sure they start on the East and move West with their mailings. It usually shows up in the stores before my issue comes and it tempts me sooooo much, but I never peak.
