So many of my friends also have the pattern! After I started getting it for wedding presents my mother decided that she wanted it too! She was tired of her pattern and so much of it had been damaged through the years.

I love mine- and the serving pieces are great- I also love the holiday pattern that matches!!! I have lots of that too!

I love my Englinsh Countryside, too (though I've hardly used it- I'll have to change that). I received all of the place settings and accessories I needed for my shower/wedding. I almost went with a Lenox setting but realized I was more likely to get more settings with the Mikasa. I think it has a classic look- not too plain, not too fancy. Even though I don't use it often, it looks great displayed in my dining room on a nice wall cabinet.

Mikasa Italian Countryside:
I love our pattern! It looks so great in our house and it has such great style/soft white color. The canisters look great on our countertops. I got it while still a bachelorette and it's perfect.

Also enjoy our colorful Wedgwood Oberon soft rust/sage/golden fine china w/English pattern.
