Anyone have the GE Arctica fridge/Calypso washer and dryer?

DH and I looked at these two appliances yesterday and I am wondering if any of you have them and what you think. I am looking for a website with customer ratings but I have not had any luck. Thanks.

Have you taken a look at the GardenWeb appliance forum? There is a lot of information that I found very helpful when I was shopping for new appliances.

I have the Calypso washer and matching dryer. I'm really like them, and I know at least one or two others here also have them and like them. To be fair, one person knew someone who hated theirs and returned them, but it sounds like they may have been improperly installed so that they banged a lot -- sounds like they might not have been levelled properly.

I found it suprising how easy it was to load and start the machine -- even my not quite then 5 yr old helped out. The first day or two we had it, we washed every comforter in the house in it. A king fits with no problem.

I also have the Calypso washer & dryer and love them! There are 5 of us and we have 6 B & Bs so they get a good workout and once I learned about cleaning out the drain in the washer I've had no problems with them. And like Beth, washed every comforter/quilt!
