I made this for dinner tonight and was not thrilled. I don't think I was prepared for the egg type topping. I kept thinking it would be more of a biscuit texture, I am not sure how, seeing it had lots of eggs and very little flour.
I also substituted the ground turkey with TVP but that was fine.
Has anyone else tried this recipe? What did you think?
