I just got my July issue today WOO HOO!! And I can't wait to make the berry crisp on the cover. BUT - I have a question. Is the topping in the picture on the cover the meringue streusel or the alternate almond streusel with a scoop of vanilla ice cream?
I read the recipe and it seems like the meringue streusel would be white. The picture doesn't look like the streusel is white. But, the caption on the cover and at the recipe itself both say meringue.
What do you all think?
