All I can say is yum! I have read numerous good reviews of the Chicken Fricassee and wanted to give it a try. It was easy, it was tasty. The ham really gave it a nice full flavor and I liked the creamy sauce. Good leftovers. Fed four nicely.
I also made the Pasta with Turkey Meatballs (from the same CL article - was it April?) that was also a do again -er. I would add less salt than the 1/2 tsp. next time, and you definitely must chop the onions finely! The creamy sauce for the pasta was delish. There were plenty of meatballs, but the pasta servings, well, lets just say my fiance ate 3/4 of the pasta!

WOW! This truly is an old thread, but I have been deciding whether or not to try the creamy parmesan pasta with turkey meatballs for dinner tonight. Has anyone else had any good outcomes with this recipe? Thanks

I really liked that Chicken Fricassee recipe, but I remember not liking the turkey meatball one so much. I'd have to go back and look at the recipe to see what went wrong, because I don't specifically remember, but I'm sure I wrote something down. Was it from 4/00?

Did you end up making this last night Tuff2000? I finally found the recipe, and had written down that the sauce was extremely bland. I think the meatballs turned out well, but the sauce was what didn't work for me.
