Thank you so much. I am planning on making them this weekend. I want to make them in the form of a dinner roll instead of in muffin tins. I am planning on making mini turkey sandwiches with them for a small get together I am having. What do you think? Will that taste okay. I have so much baking for this party (Biscotti and Scones) that if that wouldn't be be a good combo I could by pass it and just buy some good dinner rolls. Love your input. Thanks again.

I haven't tried them without using the muffin pan. I think it would be fine. However, if you have a ton of other baking to do and don't reaaaalllly have the time, I would opt for a quicker path. In our opinion, they aren't any better than regular rolls. I made them because I had half a can of pumpkin puree. They are prettier than plain white, though.

Easy and pretty good. They don't seem to lend themselves to much of a pumpkin flavor, though. However, the color was very pleasing to the eye when on the table with the rest of the meal.

I froze half of the dough for later use...will let you know if those work out.

Shoyski, thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I am not sure what I will do, but since there is so many other things that I want to make I will have to see what my time constraints are. Appreciate the input.
