Another question for my Caribbean party. I'm making patties, which are little meat filled pastry turnovers. I would like to make these ahead of time, preferably the day before. Would I shape the turnovers and then just refrigerate? I wouldn't want to bake them and then reheat, would I??
Thanks, Lynda

Although I've never done it to be sure, I think the ideal choice would be if you could make them ahead and then cook them day of. But I think they would be almost as good if you cooked them completely the day before and then just reheated them until hot on the day of. It depends how much time you have.
