I made the White Chocolate-Apricot Muffins from the November issue this evening, and they did not turn out very well. Although I was very careful to follow the directions exactly when filling the muffin cups, when I began to remove the muffins from the cups after baking, the apricot preserves had sunk to the bottom of each muffin, in some cases soaking through the bottom "crust" and sticking to the pan. I ended up with 12 hollow muffins and a muffin tin full of jelly blobs!! Has anyone else tried these?
